Friday morning Superstars!Damian, Ashley and Nira cracked out fantastic times for 'Helen'
With sub 9 time Damian was impressive, especially his first 400m run in1min 12secs!!
Ashley and Nira did a beautiful job perfecting their kipping technique on the bands.
The focus and determination Ashley has is awesome!
The birthday boy Damian was rewarded with L sit hang, a second for every year of his life.
He totaled 38 seconds... but keeps insisting he is 36....hmmmm :-)
