Saturday 17th WOD


Deadlifting heavy day!

Before which we coverd some running drills- Barry was looking fast, relaxed and composed... excellent job- just remember - lean and push those hips forward - its free momentum...

'Derekboy' AKA Barry cranked out 5 solid sets of 5 heavy reps.

His first time with the deadlift - form looked great! All the rough edges of his technique will be smoothed over time....

Before you know it.... "125kg? -That's a warm up!"
