Thursday 23rd July morning WODs


Group sessions this morning had some great breakthroughs!

Leoni & Denise got 3 Double unders together- its the small things that make you happy?!!!

Then for the first WOD we practiced our Dumbbell squat cleans, jumping, shrugging and landing.

The weight for Andy is easy, if it were heavier he'd need to shrug his shoulders after he jumps to help accelerate the dumbbells up to a height he can catch.
