Grip-Tastic Tuesday

Steve and Tim may have sore forearms tomorrow... But you know what? As obvious as it sounds if you can't hold on to something, be it your own bodyweight from a bar or heavy object, you can't use it!

Rope climbing, deadlifting, gymnastic movements on the bars are all great ways to improve the vital grip, so get out there and lift something heavy@!
