Super job tonight fellas! This session was more about technique than anything else, essential to CrossFit.So often is the case a great Athlete/ Soldier/B usinessman / Actor / anybody at the top of their game all have ONE thing in common.
They have all mastered the basics of their sport / Vocation or career. And they strive to improve those basic skills in a never-ending fashion.
Technique is the bed-rock of outstanding performances whatever the realm!
