Monday just Push Presses....



Push Press Day!

The Push Press is one of CrossFit's 9 fundamental movements... it teaches you how to explosively use your hips to help drive heavy weight over head, and more than you can Press alone.

Ben did a beautiful job, and with video we have the luxury of being able to observe in slow time what is working and what needs to be adjusted with his technique.
