Tabata Gone Bad!



With Fight Gone Bad approaching on September 26th I thought we'd mix things up and put the movements together in a new format!

The workout 'Fight Gone Bad' is usually 3 rounds of 5minutes on 1 minute off. In each 5 minute block you have to do Wall Ball, Sumo Deadlift High Pull (SDHP), Box Jumps, Push Press (P.P) and Rowing for one minute before doing the next movement.

Today it was all about 4 of the FGB movements - SDHP - Box Jumps - PP - Wall Ball

20 seconds on, 10 seconds off 7 times - lowest score recorded.
