Tuesday ~ Slow Death?

Death by Sumo DeadLift High Pull - with a running clock... complete one rep each minute, adding one more to each minute thereafter ie. 1 in first minute, 2 in second etc. Break reps into as many sets as needed. Once you no longer can complete the reps with the minute caculate your score i.e 12 minutes + 5 reps

Tim hit 7 sweet kipping pull ups and Barry hit 5.

There is something extremely awesome about seeing big guys do gymnastic movements... This is Good Shit!

We had the pleasure of Dan visiting from CF NZ in Auckland over the last couple of weeks, and he leaves us for sunnier climates :-) we wish him well with his next adventure in Australia, you're welcome back anytime!
