


Tonight was all about skills and practice.
What do you do if you're trying to learn a complicated skill?
Firstly break it down into managable chunks and secondly have indicators, markers or a checklist because that'll give you the confidence to know you're on the right track.
Squats are the foundation of CrossFit, and namely the air squat. Easy to say but tougher to do well.
Hand stand press ups - harder to say, definately harder to do.
But what they have in common is a variety of different learning progressions that enable EVERYBODY to develop body awareness and skill.
Most often just attempting movements, irrespective of pure success has MORE benefit than NOT doing them. Thats my thought, for you, for the day!
