Double Unders and Wallball -
These are some of the unique skills of CrossFit, and as Barry discovered today, skill is an expression of technique.
Where are you looking when you perform the movements or exercises?
Where you look determines the position of your head, spine, hips, body and therefore the external (or your own body) you wish to control and master.
For example if you want something to go-up (like a barbell) you tend to look upwards, have a think about that when you are doing a workout!
Today we discovered that a key to Barry's success was where he was looking...
What would make the biggest difference to what you want to improve?!

Eyes down means body leaning forward and off balance... wasted energy and unnecessary tension to resist a falling body. The rest of the body looks great, with a quick powerful jump to facilitate the double under skipping.
