Saturday: Heavy Squats and a quick 'Cindy'






Heavt Front squats to start with 3 X 3.

Mat 60kg PR, Brian 60kg PR, Barry 100kg PR congrats to all!

After a short break we took on 'Cindy', scaled down to 10 minutes to make sure everyone was gettting an important dose of intensity.
