Saturday: Is THIS a hangover cure?!



I guess it was!

The workout today was "Strong man"

A partner workout - 5 tire flips together then split, one does a 100m farmer's walk with half body weight - the other does max rep burpees (to 6" overhead extended arm height jump) and then swap over (so one goes to burpess and the other farmer's carry)


We weren't so concerned today with reps... mainly because the boys had trouble counting :-)

Rest was 4 minutes then we went again.

Do you still love the tire?!! ;-)
