Thursday 29th Oct: Goodbye Mat!

Mat, our temporary member is off to Nelson. His last session was tonight, so in his honour we created the workout entitled, "Mat".




10 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of

1 Rope climb
7 Burpees
7 Box jumps 24"

Prior to this Andy, Mat and Rhauridh did a strength session with the Press movement. Each of them getting a PR!

Mat we'll miss your energy, humour and damn awesome determination! Have an amazing time in Nelson, come back when you're in town next :-)
