Thursday: I love Metcon




What is 'Metcon'?

Its a phrase used to describe the CrossFit workouts which involve lots of breathing and a faster than normal heart rate!

Some might say "sounds like Cardio" thats true, but to avoid thinking that only running/cycling/rowing counts as a cardiovascular workout we avoid the term "cardio".

And remember... Fun doesn't have to BE fun!
