
Clearly there aren't any real dogs bollocks at CrossFit Christchurch, but metaphorically speaking there are plenty.
Try swinging the 32kg Kettlebell... if you're used to using a 16kg bell in a WOD, try the 32kg after you've warmed up. 16kg kg doesn't feel that heavy afterwards :-)
Cheeky WOD today, after Pat did some POSE running drills (these make running fun, dare I say it pleasureable) he cranked out a short AMRAP of heavy kettle bell swings and chest to bar pull ups.
This takes big bollocks to do, check him out in action below!
