Wednesday 4th Nov: Annie

Today's session was focussing on the skill of Back squats and Fronts. These are essential and they all stem from the 'air squat' quite literally the foundational movement of CrossFit.

The second part of the workout was "Annie" which incorporates Double Unders and Sit ups




We scaled this down to 20-15-10-5 Du's and Sit ups

Vic did a beautiful job for her first time with the WOD coming in at 5min 39 secs. Top job!
