Monday 281209: Pull & Squat :-)





CrossFit Christchurch had the pleasure of Jenn (from CrossFit No Limits), Dan and Jessica doing the WOD in the morning and Soren from CrossFit Butcher's Lab, Denmark, this evening!



Everybody showed great intensity today - well done! Going near the 'Red-Line' is a challenge in itself!



It was also a great opportunity to play around with the tennis balls....

SMR or Self MyoFacial Release is a fancy way of saying "self massage" we can do this with our elbows, hands or other objects such as tennis balls and foam rollers.

We do it to create mobility in tight spots on the body, the hips and shoulders are the big ones.

Take 5 minutes everyday to get into those tight spots and massage them into being mobile :-)
