Saturday 12th Dec 09: Get that - Muscle up - baby!




Today was great fun, we finally got the extra sets of rings and put them to good use with a cheeky little WOD :-)

Using gymnastic rings as fitness tool can not be underrated or underestimated. They are seriously potent at developing flexibility, co-ordination, strength, balance, timing and accuracy (of muscluar contraction) in the upper-body.

What Olympic lifting does for lower body, gymnastics does for the upper.
