Sat 160110: POSE and become a better runner!


POSE running

Run faster, more efficiently, have less running induced injures = Loving running!

Today was about technique, with thanks to Mat and Donna for their excellent instruction on POSE drills last year, we were able to improve Barry and Steve's running efficiency.

Lean, Pull, Fall.

We finished off with a short time trial - this will allow us to measure future improvements!
