The sessions at CrossFit Christchurch are designed to specifically address the needs of our members - our athletes.CrossFit is an outstanding training system or philosophy, but at times needs to be interpreted differently for different needs.
Mobility, or lack thereof, is the most crucial element I see holding athlete's performance back - and in is just as much 'mental' as it is physical at times.
The idea is simple... Move well and life becomes better.If you can't effectively perform athletic movements (e.g Deadlift, Squat, Press,Pull, run, jump) it doesn't matter how Strong or Fast you WANT to get, you'll always reach a premature plateau in your training and performance.

Address your mobility, because as the saying goes "a chain is only as strong as its weakest link".
Move Well, Move Consistently, THEN add intensity (Speed, Load and/or More reps).
