Barry and Karl worked on their push jerk today.
The main learning points were;
1) Stretch your Hamstring muscle groups! Both bent and straight leg variations....
2) Think about the feeling of 'Jumping the bar up through your chest, in a tight stable rack'
You do use your arms, but, the HIPS are the main driving force for the movement.
Karl and Barry practised technique over 5 reps with 50 and 55kg respectively.
