Fri 250610: Intensity - what is it? and Why?


Damian has mastered tennis ball rolling of the shoulder, and foam rolling of the calves... this man is truly a rare specimen! He CAN multi-task!


Unfortunately ladies he's already spoken for ;-)

Intensity is a the most potent variable in producing elite fitness, in my humble opinion.

That said you can't go hard all the time... go goggle "Adrenal Fatigue and over-training syndrome"

But going steady all the time isn't going to transform your abilities to the next level either...

So what's the answer?

Simple really, use both!

For how long? At what time? How many times? With what build up?
