Tue 280910: Push Jerk (BHN) + Box Jump Swing Metcon :-)

Both Peter W and Marga did a fantastic job with the Push Jerk (behind the head).

Complicated movements simplified down to the essentials.... beautiful!

Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch.
