The way we think, move and eat are crucial to success of any kind.
Especially when it comes to feeling good, looking great and performing at your absolute best.
Its often the case that when a client, a friend or myself attempts to make a positive change that one of these areas can be forgotten. Whether its being emotionally more resilient, physically stronger or just having an abundance of energy each day.
The analogy is simple, each of the areas -Thinking, Eating and Moving Right - is like a 3 legged stool at the bar. With 3 legs you know you can sit down safely, take one away and things start to get shaky, take another away and how long can you sit comfortably?
Quite often I notice in myself and others when their stools are a little shaky, and so do they.
Asking yourself "what area can I focus on to bring out the best in me?" is more often than not all it takes to raise your own self awareness and begin the process of finding your own answers.
