What do I eat?!


Often talking to people, once they find out my occupation, often ask "So what do you eat?!"


Losing weight, gaining muscle, having good energy, mental clarity is a by-product of what you're eating. 70% of "fitness" is what you eat... fitness is not only 'performance' of the body day-today but also the longevity of the human body (and mind).

I can hear them say..."Low processed and high GI ...WHAT?!!"


There is a massive amount of new information (and not so new) correlating the increase in type 2 Diabetes and modern diseases with a high Carb and processed food intake.

Any hows what do I eat?



  • Nuts and seeds

  • Vegetables

  • Fruit

  • Lean meats and fish

  • Some dairy - cheese (+ low amounts milk with my illicit cereal eating!!!)

  • Smaller amount of Low GI carbs

(I also include lots of butter and olive oil... I seem to thrive on good fats and oils as an energy source.)


And to be honest I don't drink, smoke or use illicit drugs except... some times I eat cereal for my kicks.... yes yes I know I said it.... we all have our vices!


What matters the most is "what do you eat 90% of the time?"


If you've read the articles above... some things may start to connect in your mind.... those "ah ha!" moments ... light bulb switches on... things becomes clear all of a sudden....


(I have these everyday... I call it the accelerated learning program, screw up, make mistakes or take wrong paths and you'll very quickly make powerful and useful distinctions to make better ones! :-)
