Saturday was an excellent day to practice something different!
Ashley and I went down to CPIT for a Trapeiz lesson
How damn cool is this pic?!! Stunning or what?!
It takes so much more physical effort to stay on the trapeiz than it looks... ouch my legs still hurt from where you hang off by your legs!!!
"When was the last time you did something for the first time?"
and who wants to join in the fun next week? 12 Bucks for an hours great trapeiz tuition!

CPIT by the big red building down the bottom of the car park -
Starts at 1245, last an hour $12 bucks of pure fun!
Your pull ups and gymnastic skills will get better from practising this... I guarantee :-)
