Friday 17th WOD

DEATH BY ......PULL UPS

Complete 1 rep in the first minute, 2 in the second, adding one more rep every minute... continue until you can no longer complete the reps within the minute..

reps can be completed in smaller chunks, as long as its done within the minute.

Ashley 12 minutes + 10 reps (blue band)

Damina 12 minutes + 5 reps
Damian and Ashley get some muscle-up practice-

A muscle up is when you go from hanging beneath the rings with arms extended doing a HUGE pull up, followed up with a DEEP dip until you're at the top of the rings, just like Ashley is on the left..


If you haven't got a muscle up yet putting the rings lower to the groung and "squatting" into a muscle up is a great aid to learning the all important "transition".
