Tuesday 28th July WOD



Heavy squat time!

Barry and Steve did a top job with this workout.

5 sets of 3 heavy reps, whatever the exercise is tough going, but the rewards are great!

Crossfitters need to be strong -

Cardio respiratory endurance, Stamina, STRENGTH, Speed, Flexibility, Power, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.

These are the components of fitness, and being truly "CrossFit"

PS Barry congrats on getting your first kipping pull up!!!

Barry using his special "golden Boxing wraps" to prepare for his first kipping pull up... at least I think thats what he was doing! :-)
