Wes working on the L pull up, an outstanding first crack at an L pull WOD.It takes a lot of strength to hold this position, let alone crank the pull ups out.
Good news is... its all scalable! If you can't hold an L sit, how about a 'tuck sit' and if you can't get that quite yet how about just hanging from the bar?
