Date with Diane...


CrossFit is notorious for several things...

Creating awesomely fit people and having workouts named after Women.


Yes, and these woman will bring you to your knees!!!!


Today's awesome athletes rose mightily to the challenge... they had 5 minutes or less to complete todays workout - Diane which is 21,15,9 Deadlifts and Hand Stand Press ups for time.


How did they do it?!! Scaling! CrossFit says...
