Thursday 8th September

Today was all about learning the Dumbbell Hang Squat Clean... bit of a mouthfull?

In simple terms its about taking a load from waist height and getting it to your shoulders as effeciently as possible. Although we used dumbbells today, feel free to practice with barbell and medicine ball - both great alternatives.
