A little mix of everything tonight & Great to have Dan of CrossFit New Zealand come down to visit!

4 different stations.
  • Burpees and Lunges
  • Wall Ball and Pull ups
  • SDHP and Box Jumps
  • KB swings and Knees to Elbows


3 min As Many Rounds As Possible. 2 Min rest between stations... 3..2.1.GO!
