"Testing Night part 1"





Are you getting fitter and stronger?

If you're not keeping a journal of some description you're missing out!

All those little details you learn on the road to becoming your best are so essential, and for each of us they are subtly different.... for example

  • Do you need 7 hours sleep or more or less?
  • What intensity were you able to sustain in your workout?
  • Was your nutrition and hydration adequate to fuel your endeavors?
  • How does the bar/Kettlebell/Dumbbell/Skipping rope etc feel when its moving smoothly and efficiently?
The difference is in the details.

"What level of mediocrity are you willing to settle for?"

LOVED the test night! Bring it on again in 6 weeks. Legs are still sore today - squatting without any weight is JUST as effective...
