Thursday Thrusters



Heavy Thrusters - 5 reps at 35kg - Focus on form not weight today.

Tonight, Andy showed good form - moving well takes time and Andy is well on his way to this goal.

Why move well? Why not just go for broke and hope for the best?

Well... Proper Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance - The 6 P's.

Being prepared to bring your best to a workout to get the most out of it requires moving efficiently. Good form is the easiest way to move the most in the quickest time possible. Word.
