




"Slow down to speed up" is an underused quote.
Deadlifts followed by Tempo press ups - essentially slow count down( one, two, three, four and explode up!)
This is a great way to improve the strength and control of the body, in CrossFit we aim to move as fast as possible with the best form possible.
Taking time to be conscious of your breathing, posture, set-up and even mindset can be extremely useful in all endevours.
When was the last time YOU slowed down?
