Fri 27th Nov 09: Go heavy, then GO metcon!







3X5 Back squats - High Bar - were the order of the day, followed by a little AMARAP metcon of 3min AMRAP Wall Ball, Rope Climb and Double Unders. 3min rest.

Getting some good numbers up on the board - notably Vic - who'd never back squatted before showed great form - good shit - keep it up!
