Great to meet Dane (Jesse's buddy) who's with USAF here in Christchurch for a wee while. First CrossFit experience and he loved it! Or at least thats what Jesse said.... :-)
In the afternoon Steve did a marvelous job with a scaled Mary - excellent workout! Well done.
