Hello to new members!

In the last couple of weeks we've grown by another 3 members!

Please make Clark, Line (pronounced 'Leena') and Richard feel at home :-)

Line joins us from CrossFit Butchers Lab , Denmark. We have strengthend our 'international federation".


So far we have USA, South Africa, Scotland, Denmark, England, Canada - have I missed any out?

Wales! Sorry Tim... I am ashamed at my lack of geographic memory ;-(

oh and Kiwi's :-) but that's a given!

Now seems a good time to let you all know what the Mission and vision of CrossFit Christchurch is... As more great people join us, its important to reflect and remind ourselves (and me!) what we want from OUR CrossFit Christchurch.

Mission: Educate, train and inspire you to take control of your health and fitness.

Vision: A community committed to being constantly, and forever, improving.
