
Today we practiced our POSE running technique - if you're not familiar with this concept google it!
Running with greater efficiency is key to improved CrossFit performance.
After a warm up of drills we headed to the pull up bars to work on Kipping pull ups. Line is doing great - building up her numbers and focusing on recycling into the the next kip.
Vic is also doing great - and looked fab once she relaxed her shoulders more :-)
Nicole was the WOD - but we modified it to keep intensity high.

Though they used bands for the pulls ups they were really successful at experiencing the feeling the kipping pull up. The 'feel' is a great indicator of a smooth technique.
