Simple but effective.Tim, Steve and Barry didn't really like me much when they saw the WOD, and less so once they'd finished it!
5minutes after the blood has gone back to the brains the Coach - Athlete relationship is re-established, and I think there were smiles all round :-)
If a workout sucks because it exposes your weaknesses enjoy it! Focusing on your weakness will elevate your entire physical ability....
