Monday 23rd Nov 09: Front Squats



The front squat.

Same mechanics as the Air Squat -

Weight in heels
Knees tracking feet
Lumbar Curve - tight

Except we add load to the front of the body in the rack position - with elbows high



Line did a great job with 5 X 5 squats, hitting 5 at 45kg.
