Mon 30th Nov 09: Learning OHS




Over Head Squat - Learn it and develop balance, Coordination, Strength and timing.

Today Tim and Line played around with the movement - which was challenging in different ways for them both.

The OHS is like a magnifying glass on your squat technique, any faults become glaringly obvious - therefore we like it for warm ups and skill practice.
