Tue 1 December 09: Tabata Time!

We had a big class today - 6 all up - Great to get that team atmosphere where everyone is working hard!

We hit three movements -Dumbbell Hang Squat Clean, Box Jumps and Press ups - in tabata fashion.

20 seconds on, 10 seconds off - 8 rounds. It breeds Aerobic and Anaerobic Capacity, mix this with functional movement and you have a great little WOD. Be aware, do not underestimate the power of TABATA!!!
