

This is a pun... Something short is in reference to people being very inflexible and tight thoughout their bodies, as well as the duration of the WOD today :-)
Get mobilizing and stretching problem areas, it will make you stronger, feel better and move more effeciently in WODs.
Here are some great places to start learning and re-enforcing stretching, mobility and foam rolling.
Last video is a little bit suspect... due to music selection, but please look past that :-)
WOD for today was based around the Hang Power Snatch - but the need for mobility and stretching took over, if Jesse turns up to training after I stretched his Hammies yesterday I'll be suprised! He was in pain, don't think he likes me anymore :-) .... tight Hammies.... get them stretched! ! !
