Why back squat 2 days in a row? Well for starters Monday nighter's don't attend Tuesday night sessions.
This is great for both nights clients. I want you ALL to be stronger. Focusing on the Back squat along with Deadlift and Press will help make you more resiliant, injury proof and useful! ;-)
Excellent squatting from Dane and Steve in particular. Special mention to Dane learning kipping pull ups in about 5 minutes! Talk about a natural athlete - I'm jealous already! ha ha :-)
