Wed 9th Dec 09: 5 RFT 400m - DU - Press up



Stretch, stretch - outcome is the same, but methods vary.

I like Contract -Relax PNF style. Contract 5 seconds at 25% max then relax and go into further range of motion for 10 seconds - repeat 5-6 times. Simple - effective. Nuff said.
