Sat 230110: Building a machine!

Find out what you suck at and make that your focus- in a warm up, a cool down or on a easy rest day.

Getting better at squatting, pushing and pulling movements are key in CrossFit. As you progress so does the complexity of the movement you seek to master

Refining an air Squat becomes refining a Front Squat, then a thruster, a Squat Clean... the list goes on.

But its a good list, spending time on the weaknesses makes you not only physically stronger, but also mentally stronger.

What if you applied this to other areas of your life? What would you tackle differently and consistently?
