Became 3 rnds for time - 400m run, 21 KB swings & 12 pull ups with 3min break between rounds.
We can get a higher intensity when we break WOD's into smaller parts which is just one tool in the "Coaches box" for creating variety in both a mental and physical approach to a CrossFit classic workout.
