Tonight was a skill session focusing on the 'kipping Pull up'.
Simple and amazingly effective - yet it takes some time to master the movement.
Molley and Allen started by working on the jumping kipping pull up -
Vic got a PR of 3 and almost 4 reps kipping without a band which was superb!
Barry also got a PR of 6 reps kipping, see such a big - well built body doing a kipping pull up is a sight to behold!
In the morning session Karl and Nira worked on Deadlifting with Karl hitting a PR of 110KG for 3 reps! Congratulations :-)
