Wed 210410: SDHP 'Chief'

When you face everyone else, you see what level they are working at. This is not about 'winning' but being aware that everyone gives their best effort on the day.

One day you maybe feeling 110% and the next 60%, the only thing that matters is you work with what you've got that day. The body has very good reasons for limiting your ability to push hard at times.

Stress, sleep & nutrition all play a pivotal role in your energy level on a day to day basis.

Look after yourself, be patient and you'll reap greater rewards. Period.
